If you’re searching for inspiration, look around at your home. What little things are you drawn to? For me, it’s little rocks, miniatures, dice for Dungeons and Dragons, the tiles I see around Oakland. These are little things, but they have so much texture. Each little thing has it’s own personality, its own story. When you don’t know what to write about or what to draw, maybe start with a favorite thing and see how far you can push it.
